Veg Raitha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/3 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/3 cup diced carrot
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • A big spoon
  • 1 bowl

Recipe

  1. Take 1 cup curd in a bowl
  2. Add in 1/3 cup diced cucumber
  3. Add in 1/3 diced carrot
  4. Add in 1 Finely chopped green chilli
  5. Put 1/2 tsp salt
  6. Mix well

Beetroot Halva

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium size bananas
  • Grated beetroot
  • Cardamom powder
  • Ghee
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Raisins
  • Organic Jaggery Powder

  • Fork or a spoon
  • a Big Bowl

Recipes

  1. Take a big sized bowl
  2. Mashup 2-3 bananas in a bowl using fork or a spoon
  3. Add 1 cup grated beetroot
  4. Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  5. Put 1 tsp ghee
  6. Add 2 tbsp cashew nuts
  7. Add 2 tbsp raisins
  8. Add 1/2 organic jaggery powder
  9. Mix Well

Carrot and peanuts salad

Ingredients

  • Grated carrot
  • Peanuts
  • Green chilli
  • Salt
  • Cumin Powder
  • Ground nut oil
  • Lomon

Tools

  • A bowl
  • Knife
  • Small vessel to roast cumin seeds
  • Lemon Squeezer (optional)
  • A spoon 

Recipes

  1. Take a half a bowl peanuts, soak them for about 8 hours  
  2. Take 5-6 carrots, grate them and keep in a bowl
  3. Add soaked peanuts to the bowl of carrots (Please drain the peanuts before adding )
  4. Add 1 finely chopped green chili
  5. Add 3/4 tsp salt or add according to your taste
  6. Take a small vessel add groundnut oil to it and roast cumin seeds.
  7. Add those roasted cumin seeds to the main bowl.
  8. Mix well
  9. Now squeeze half lemon on the mixture.
  10. Now mix again thoroughly. 

Satwik Carrot and peanut salad is ready to serve.

Cucumber Pachadi

Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers
  • half coc0nut
  • 150 gm Peanuts
  • 1 green chili
  • Salt
  • Pressed groundnut oil
  • Coriander leaves

Tools

  • One big bowl
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Table spoon
  • Grinder
  • Vessel to fry coriander leave 

Recipe

  1. Cut the cucumbers in dices and keep them in a bowl
  2. Take 150 gm peanuts and roast them
  3. Make a powder of roasted peanuts using grinder.
  4. Add the powder to diced cucumber
  5. Add 1 finely chopped green chili
  6. Add salt 3/4 tbsp or according to your taste
  7. In a vessel take 2 tbsp pressed groundnut oil and fry coriander leaves lightly.
  8. Now add the coriander leaves along with oil to the main bowl
  9. Mix well
